About an hour at your office or a spot nearby, photographed on a studio backdrop I bring with me. Two outfit or background color changes, with direction the whole way through. You get 2 fully retouched headshots, cropped square, 4:5 and 5:7, in color and black and white. Add a horizontal version for banners and speaker slides for $35.
The Trio
$895
Ninety minutes, three scenes: a studio headshot on a backdrop I bring, you at work, and a portrait in your own space. Choose your favorites from an online proof gallery, and get 3 fully retouched images, one from each scene. Your headshot comes cropped square, 4:5 and 5:7, in color and black and white. Your at-work and environmental shots come in color, as shot. Want more? Extra images are $75.

I set up a portable studio in a conference room and photograph everyone in about 10 minutes each. Everyone picks a favorite on screen before heading back to their desk, and you get a matched set that looks like one company.

Minimum 4 people. Example: a team of 15 is $1,475. New hires later match the set: $195 at any headshot day. Want photos of your office and people at work too? Add a branding shoot on the same visit for $750.
Price out your team
$450 visit fee, then $70 each for the first 10 people, $65 for 11 to 25, $60 beyond 25. Plus applicable sales tax.

Questions
What should I wear?
Bring two or three tops you feel great in. Solid colors and mid-tones photograph best. Skip tiny patterns and big logos. Full guidance arrives after you book.
I wear glasses. Is that a problem?
Wear them if you always do. I light for glasses so there is no glare across the lenses.
Where does the session happen?
At your office or a spot near you, anywhere in the service area. Travel is included. I bring the backdrop and lights.
What files do I get?
Backdrop headshots come cropped square for LinkedIn, 4:5 for websites and 5:7 for print, in color and black and white. At-work and environmental shots come in color, as shot. Every file is retouched; unedited files are not released.
How fast do I get them?
Signature: you pick favorites at the session. The Trio: your proof gallery arrives within 5 days. Either way, finished images arrive 7 business days after you send your selections.
How do I book?
Send a request and I reply within one business day with a short contract and an invoice. Half holds your date, and the balance is due by the day of the shoot.
What do you need from us for a team day?
A room about 10 by 12 feet with a standard outlet, and a headcount. I send a schedule and a prep note you can forward to the team.
Can you match our existing headshots?
Usually, yes. Send a few examples and I will match the background, light and crop.
